Secret Student Service

How many times has a student congratulated you on an awesome job with a class or workout? It happens all the time, but how many times has a student given constructive feedback? It doesn’t happen enough and often they simple stop coming or go somewhere else.

The Secret Student Service is designed to go along with an depth questionnaire that is completed prior to the visit. You tell us what your expectations are for your clientelle’s experience and we asses our experience based on that. This is not a pass or fail test! It’s a tool for you and your staff to get feedback in way that allows you to highlight areas for growth

Common assessment metrics

  • How easy was the registration, check in, and set up process?

  • What was the level of interaction with staff prior to class? Did they engage and interact with students prior to class?

  • Was the material presented representative of what the online or marketing description?

  • Was the material presented in line with your core values?

  • Were there any concerns around physical safety of the students as a result of adjustments, inappropriate instructional cues, skill level of material presented?
